So why are you always tired?
If you feel tired throughout the day, you may be suffering from Chronic Fatigue which is a milder condition of the classic Chronic Fatigue Syndrome which are caused by viruses, but nevertheless, you are always feeling tired all the time as your body is not functioning at optimal levels instead it is at a very low energy level. Most of the time, you do not really know why too.
At the macro level, constant tiredness is closely linked with constant stress in your body. This stress might be caused by:-
- A chronic neck or back problem, which causes pain
- Your body not absorbing the nutrients you consumed. This happens when you experienced overgrowth (candida) which affects malabsorption in the gut throat. To overcome the problem, your body starts sourcing for other energy sources such as refined carbohydrates and sugars thus making you gain weight.
- Emotional stress. If you have been feeling stressed emotionally for some time or you experienced a traumatic incident which now exhausts your adrenals. It is difficult to be positive when you are feeling tired all the time.

Begin with finding out the exact cause of why you are feeling tired all the time.
